General Terms and Sale conditions for INTRA Trainings (Soft Skills and Technical)       

These conditions concern INTRA Entreprises training courses, carried out on the premises of the Company or in external premises rented for this purpose.

Financial conditions

Each Training is the subject of a commercial proposal and financial quotation. This quotation is signed by the client and returned to us.

The price is fixed for a period determined on the quotation.

Commercial proposal and quotation attached.

The Attendance certificates are sent with the invoice.

If the customer draws up a purchase order, we must receive it before the start of work

Postponement and cancellation at the customer's initiative

The training dates are fixed by mutual agreement and are firmly locked.

In the event of late cancellation by the Customer of a scheduled session, compensation is due under the following conditions :

  • Postponement or cancellation, at least 30 working days before the session : no compensation (with the exception of expenses that would have been incurred beforehand for the Customer).

  • Postponement or cancellation, communicated less than 30 days and at least 15 working days prior to the session : 30% of the fees relating to the session will be invoiced to the Client.

  • Postponement or cancellation, communicated less than 15 working days before the session : 70% of the fees relating to the session will be charged to the Client.

Each INDIVIDUAL training is the subject of a commercial proposal and financial quotation. This quotation is signed by the client and returned to us. 

Contractual documents

Commercial proposal and quotation attached.

Completion certificates are sent with the invoice.

If the customer draws up a purchase order, we must receive it before the start of work.

Postponement and delay at the customer's initiative

The dates and the overall duration of the INDIVIDUAL training are fixed by mutual agreement and are confirmed on a provisional basis.

Report of a session

Postponement possible, without compensation, up to 72 hours before the session.

At minus 72 hours : half an hour is counted.

Delay

At the time of the appointment, any absence or delay, not reported at least 24 hours in advance, will result in the payment of the entire scheduled session.
